Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we reserve time specifically for each appointment. A $50 deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your service.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit and full service charge.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service.
